Gretchen Luda, Director
Marketing/Public Relations/Community Liaison
They might be a husband and wife team, but this aint no Mom and Pop shop! What Steve brings to the table in mortgage experience and client service, Gretchen brings in PR and community outreach. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Gretchen has spent over 13 years planning and fundraising for local and national events. From country clubs to the Super Bowl, Gretchen’s’ keen eye for detail and strong customer focus made sure all of her events were beautifully executed and her clients left satisfied.
Her professional contacts ensure that YMG is promoted not only as a leader in the lending industry but also a leader in its philanthropic endeavors. “One of the first things we talked about when we were starting YMG was how we really wanted to be part of the community.” She explains, “With two small children at home it’s important to teach them how to give back and now with YMG we are excited to do it on a larger scale. Hopefully our clients will want to get involved too!

Stephen Luda, President
Mortgage Banker
An Ohio Native, Steve is a University of Toledo graduate (Go Rockets!) with over 11 years of experience at one of the big box mortgage retailers. During his time there, Steve helped thousands of clients secure billions of dollars in loans. He worked his way up the ranks from Mortgage Banker to Regional Vice President, and led banking teams ranging in size from 10-125 people.
In his 11 years, Steve has seen it all. He's helped clients through mortgage recessions and all the times in between. While his intimate knowledge of the mortgage market is beyond impressive, it’s the passion for his clients and the industry that raise him above the competition.
Ready for a new set of challenges, Your Mortgage Group was born. “With my own shop, I can get to know my clients and help find products that fit their financial goals. I want them to be happy and YMG has the formula to guide them to financial success through real estate. Who wouldn’t be happy with that! It’s really exciting.”
